I think they simply stopped listening. (Taken with instagram)
This is my brother (well the back of his head) as he stands on a deck along the Columbia, on the Wenatchee side of the river. It’s Christmas day and hardly anyone is out and about; just like in many cities, towns, and communities across the world, people are spending time indoors with their families. And for those who can’t spend time with their own, I understand how hard it can be: this is my first time in two years that I’ve been able to celebrate the Christmas holiday with my family.
Here’s a preview of the set I’m working on for KEXP. It’s a photo of Campfire OK; they were one of two supporting bands tonight and everything about them was incredible (more than OK?).
This is a portrait, of an attorney, I took today for an Alliance newsletter that will feature an article on Northwest Justice Project’s new Foreclosure Prevention Unit.
Fuji Pro 400H (1/60 f11 was the approximate read on my D7000) shot through a pinhole camera I finished recently. It’s a triple exposure, each at 4 seconds, and a flash midway through the second exposure.
The subjects are a couple friends, from back home, who play in a band called Ghost Power. The photograph was taken at the Ballard Locks.
